I took some time off work today to relax since it’s been awhile. It was getting warmer in Detroit so I decided to walk to the local grocery store to see what they had. I normally drive to the closest grocery store, but my local one had a lot of different choices. I got a chance to see a sky demon’s wings in person too. They’re really big. It makes me wonder how fast they go when they fly. I have so many questions about the demons that have moved here. I noticed that we don’t drink demon’s blood, but then again I think there’s a reason behind it. It’s still kind of weird that I drink human blood and blood substitute. I don’t want to think about asking a demon to drink their blood even if I am curious if it tastes the same as human blood. You get a lot of different thoughts when you become a vampire. I bought some of that blood substitute and a book about a murder mystery before I continued my walk. When I was a human I never noticed how beautiful the city is at night. One of the things I missed in the beginning was the sunlight, but now that more people have moved to the city it’s just as exciting as in the daytime. I’m gonna check out the bookstore run by two vampires next.
